Different products & categories have variable days for accepting return as mentioned below

  • Some products and categories have 7 days return policy
  • Some products have no return or replacement policy due to personal hygiene

Please find below the details of the policy, as applicable, for the products sold on DaMeera: Please note that there may be certain products in the aforesaid table may or may not be available for return or replacement, as otherwise mentioned against them above. For all products, the return or replacement policy on the product/combo page shall prevail.


If the product is not eligible for a replacement after delivery due to any eligible reasons, such as the product is out of stock, the return pickup for the product is unavailable, or any other similar reason, you may return the product within the time period of return, after the delivery of the product.


Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies and with the original receipt. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it. Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, DaMeera shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.


Once the original product(s) has been received at our Facility and the quality check has been carried out, either the replacement product will be shipped or the refund for the original product(s) will be processed, as applicable. A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 shall be levied if the customer refuses to accept the original order with products eligible for replacement only or if the customer refuses to accept the replacement product(s), once the same has been shipped to the customer.


If any or all of the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. However, in the case of a replacement, the replacement order will get the benefit of the same coupon code/offer that was used when the original order was placed.


If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.


Products purchased using the kiosks at the DaMeera Stores shall only be returned at the Stores. No returns of products purchased through the kiosk shall be accepted online through the website. At present, replacement is only offered on products purchased online and not on purchases made at the store.
